Individuals under the age of sixteen (16), shall not operate a Motorized Scooter on any public street, sidewalk, park, trail, or other right of way under Town jurisdiction. Additional safety requirements are set forth in the ordinance relating to the operation of Motorized Scooters. Individuals who commit a violation shall be issued a fine in the amount of $150.
