Title of Agenda Item:Site Plan (SP) 24-199, Walmart (4301 S University Drive, zoned B-2)
Executive Summary: The proposed site plan would allow the development of a new 4,300 sf. one-story addition, designed to service online customer order pick-up, along with related improvements to Walmart’s existing property, such as restriping crosswalks, updating pavement markings, enhancing traffic, pedestrian, and wayfinding signage throughout the parking lot.

  • The architectural style of the proposed addition is consistent with the existing Walmart structure.
  • The petitioner satisfied the public participation requirements (refer to attachments). Note that this application was only required to provide an on-line presentation because the application was determined complete for review on 12/03/24, prior to the adoption of the current "in-person" requirement.
