Title of Agenda Item:EASEMENT - A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF DAVIE, FLORIDA APPROVING AN EASEMENT FROM THE TOWN OF DAVIE TO FLORIDA POWER AND LIGHT FOR THE INSTALLATION OF UNDERGROUND UTILITIES AT 6591 ORANGE DRIVE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. 
Executive Summary: 

The Town of Davie owns property located at 6591 Orange Drive, Davie, Florida with parcel identification numbers 504127010013, 504127460020, 504127010540, and 504127460010 with existing overhead utilities.  Burying these overhead lines will present a better view of the property and will make the area safer.  The facilities easements are legally described in accordance with the sketches and legal description.  Granting the easements will allow Florida Power and Light to access the property and install underground utilities.
