The School Board of Manatee County solicited sealed bids and awarded contract No. 26-0041-MR to Advanced Recreational Concepts, LLC, Bliss Products and Services, Inc., Playcore Wisconsin dba Game Time, Playmore West, Inc., Playspace Services, Inc., and various other vendors for the purchase of park and playground equipment. After review, the Town Council authorizes the Town to piggyback contract No. 26-0041-MR awarded by the School Board of Manatee County to Advanced Recreational Concepts, LLC, Bliss Products and Services, Inc., Playcore Wisconsin Dba Game Time, Playmore West, Inc., and Playspace Services, Inc. for the purchase of park and playground equipment. The Council hereby grants authority to the Town Administrator to execute individual Cooperative Agreements with any of the other vendors listed under the contract. These agreements may be executed on an as-needed basis, contingent upon the determination of a specific need for the services or products offered by the selected vendor. The Town Council of the Town of Davie hereby approves the Town to piggyback the School Board of Manatee County’s contract No. 26-0041-MR to Advanced Recreational Concepts, LLC, Bliss Products and Services, Inc., Playcore Wisconsin Dba Game Time, Playmore West, Inc., and Playspace Services, Inc. for the purchase of park and playground equipment.
- The Town Council hereby authorizes expenditures of funds over $65,000 per year in accordance with the awarded contract prices, on an as-needed basis. Funding will come from approved accounts, dependent on usage and within established budgets.

The contract is through August 31, 2030, with the option to renew for two (2) additional one-year periods. Contract renewals, extensions, termination, and amendments/modifications will be handled administratively.
