After review, the Town Council authorizes the Town to utilize the bid awarded by Sourcewell to Florida Engineering and Development Corporation, to provide an indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity construction contract with a service type of paving asphalt/concrete. The Town Council hereby authorizes expenditures of funds over $65,000 per year in accordance with the awarded contract prices, on an as-needed basis. Funding will come from approved accounts, dependent on usage and within established budgets.

The initial contract term is effective through December 10, 2026, with the option to renew for three (3) additional one (1) year periods. Contract renewals, extensions, termination, and amendments/modifications will be handled administratively.

The Gordian Group, Inc. will be the facilitator and administrator for services provided by Florida Engineering and Development Corporation under this piggyback agreement.
