Title of Agenda Item:Site Plan SP25-029 5600 LLC (5600 SW 61st Ave, zoned A-1) (Tabled from March 4, 2026) (Petitioner requesting tabling to the June 3, 2026, Town Council meeting).
Executive Summary: The proposed development would allow a new residential community consisting of ten (10) single-family detached homes.
Key Points:
  • Vehicular access to the proposed development would be from SW 61st Avenue by way of a private, gated access drive.
  • Model homes have not been provided. Instead, each new home must be reviewed for consistency with Town requirements at the time of building permit.

At the March 10, 2026 Planning & Zoning Board meeting a motion was made by Mr. DeArmas and seconded by Mr. Dixon, to table P25-024 5600 LLC to May 12, 2026.
