Title of Agenda Item:VARIANCE - A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF DAVIE, FLORIDA, TAKING FINAL ACTION ON VARIANCE APPLICATION V25-025 5600 LLC; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Variance (V25-025, lot size) (5600 SW 61st Ave, zoned A-1) (5600 SW 61st Ave, zoned A-1) (Tabled from March 4, 2026) (Petitioner requesting tabling to the June 3, 2026, Town Council meeting).
Executive Summary: The proposed variance would allow each residential lot within the proposed 10-lot development to have a lot area as small as 26,400 sf. (Town Code normally requires a minimum lot area of 35,000 sf in R-1).

At the March 10, 2026 Planning & Zoning Board meeting a motion was made by Mr. DeArmas and seconded by Mr. Donzella, to table V25-025 5600 LLC to May 12, 2026.

At the February 10, 2026, Planning & Zoning Board Meeting, a motion was made by Mr. Evans and seconded by Mr. Donzella, to table V25-025 5600 LLC to March 10, 2026.
