| Executive Summary: | The proposed access easement is necessary to satisfy a condition of approval for Site Plan Application SP23-059, Shotgun Road Subdivision, now under development by CC Homes at the Estates by Turnberry LLC. As part of the site plan approval, and in accordance with the Rural Lifestyle Regulations and Open Space Overlay, the developer is required to convey a public access easement over portions of designated open space parcels within the development. |
