On June 13, 2018, the Town Council approved a renewal to the Contract between the Town of Davie and Keefe, McCullough & Co., LLP for external auditing services according to Resolution R2018-149 for a period of five years or for fiscal years 2018 through 2022.
The Town of Davie Community Redevelopment Agency is a component part of the Town of Davie and wishes to engage the firm of Keefe, McCullough & Co., LLP to audit the financial statements of the governmental activities and major fund, including the related notes to the financial statements, which collectively comprise the basic financial statements of the CRA as of and for the years ending September 30, 2020 through September 30, 2022.
Per recent Florida House bills, the Davie Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is required to have a separate annual financial audit. The CRA is utilizing the Town’s existing auditor, Keefe, McCullough & Co., LLP, to complete the audit and had no previous agreement with the CRA.
