On June 13, 2018, the CRA Board approved Change Order #001 in the amount of $123,303.00 pursuant to the original MOU to provide the necessary construction inspection services and time to coincide with the current project construction schedule.
Staff is submitting Change Order #002 in the amount of $73,130 for consideration by the CRA Board, as additional construction inspection services and time is needed to complete the project.
